Buying Our Candles
Da Applausus UK products are fully handcrafted finished pieces or custom-made to order. Each item undergoes strict quality inspection prior to shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
- Inspecting Your Order: Once your order arrives, we kindly ask that you check it over. If there's anything that doesn't seem quite right, please reach out to us within 2 days of delivery — we're always here to help and will do our best to make things right.
- Refunds and Exchanges:
- As all of our products are either one-of-a-kind or personalised to order, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
- If there's an issue with the quality or condition of your order, we'll work with you to find a suitable solution.

- Natural Variations: Minor imperfections, such as wet spots or frosting, may occur due to the natural properties of wax. These are part of the handmade process and add to the charm of our products.
- Product Images: There may be slight differences between the product you receive and the images on our website. These variations are normal and reflect the artisanal nature of our candles.
- Faults: Minor imperfections or differences in appearance are not considered faults. As such, we cannot offer exchanges, credits, or refunds for these circumstances.
